How to order our products online, via post or over the phone Ordering your top-quality Welsh meat online from www.jonesthebutcher.co.uk is quick and easy, just follow these simple steps.
1. Find the items you wish to buy
You can do this by browsing through the categories such as beef or pork after clicking on 'shop online'.
2. Add them to your basket
Your shopping basket is where you store all the items you'd like to buy. Add an item to your basket by clicking the "Add to Basket" button on the product description. You can always see how many items are in your basket and the total cost of these items by pressing 'view basket'.
3. Checkout
When you've added all the Jones the Butcher Welsh produce you want to your basket, click the 'Checkout' button. This will take you to an order summary page.
4. Register or Login
If you are a new customer, welcome! To enjoy your wonderful Jones the Butcher meat you'll need to register by entering your email address and contact details. If you are a returning customer simply login with your email address and password.
5. Delivery instructions
Confirm that you would like the order delivered to your home address, or you can enter an alternative delivery address such as a workplace or friend. Then choose a convenient date for the delivery of your order and write this in the 'delivery insructions' box. We deliver all day from Tuesday to Friday inclusive. You can also add other information, such as instructions on finding an address.
Please note:When you place your order it is essential that you specify instructions for the courier, should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered. This could be an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour, or safe place to leave your box such as a porch or garage. Again, please write this information in the 'delivery instructions' box.
6. Secure HSBC online payment service 
Enter your payment details. Credit Cards are welcomed as the simplest method of payment. We accept Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/Solo/Visa Electron.
      
7. Process Your Order
This is the final stage beyond which you cannot cancel or amend your order.
Your Jones the Butcher meats will arrive in perfect condition, securely packaged in chilled poly box containers with high tech gel ice packs. For more information on our packaging, delivery charges or delivery schedule, please see our 'delivery' page.
