Summer is here!
Summer is here; at least that’s what they tell us! Despite the weather, the silage is in as preparation for winter feed. We have finished shearing and the finest quality Spring Lamb is still available for you to buy at a very competitive price.

Lambing in full-flow!
The boys on the farm are very busy this month with the lambing! The expectant ewes lamb in the shed where is is quiet, warm and dry. The boys have to keep a close eye on all expectant ewes so night-shifts have been in full-force! We have been very lucky with the weather here in West Wales this month so the lambs have been more than happy to run about in the fields freely - trying their best to find a mound to playfully jump off!

We are now in full-flow!
We began work on our website at the beginning of 2007. It is finally up-and-running, and orders are flowing in. We have a very good range of Welsh Black Beef, Welsh Hill Lamb, Welsh Poultry, Welsh Ham and award-winning sausages and burgers on offer. Celebrity Chef Visit!
We had a visit from celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay on the 16th September. He had been filming “Kitchen Nightmares” in the local area and had decided to purchase some produce from us here in our Lampeter shop. From left to right you can see proprietors Tony and Barrie then Gordon and Simon.
